Payment Service – F&F
K-SEND USA sends payments via PayPal F&F, Venmo, and Zelle to sellers worldwide who only accept payments via these services. All currencies are accepted in addition to the US dollar.
PayPal F&F – Friends and Family is a modality in which the recipient does not pay fees like G&S. However, after sending, it is NOT possible to cancel or request a refund since PayPal understands that the service was between known people.
Venmo – Works like PayPal.
Zelle – Between US banks, immediate transfer.
Fees:
Purchases up to $50 to K-SEND USA’s warehouse
$3 per transaction. – A coupon will be created for the customer to register the order on our website. If you do not register, the order will be liquidated/discarded as soon as it arrives!*
Purchases up to $50 not coming to K-SEND USA’s warehouse
$5 per transaction.
Purchases over $50 to K-SEND USA’S warehouse
$8 per transaction – A coupon will be generated for the customer to register the order on our website. If you do not register, the order will be liquidated/discarded as soon as it arrives!*
Purchases over $50 not coming to K-SEND USA’s warehouse
$11 per transaction.
ATTENTION:
*The customer has 48 HOURS to register the order after we send the coupon. If the order arrives WITHOUT registration, the customer will not be notified as there is no registration, and the order will be discarded. It is not possible to retrieve settled/discarded orders. Registrations of orders that have already arrived are also not allowed! Check out our UNREGISTERED ORDERS policy here.
Sometimes, Paypal charges an extra fee from the sender to make the payment. If so, K-SEND USA will advise the customer before paying.
Payments over $30 will be sent in up to 3 business days for security purposes. Please let your seller know in advance!
K-SEND USA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Scammers.
Orders not shipped by sellers;
Payment processing errors across platforms. The recipient is responsible for taking care of the settings where they receive the money;
Get in touch with the seller.
In case of reimbursement by the seller, K-SEND USA will send the amount without any Paypal fees, only the amount that the seller reimburses. We are not responsible for searching for the refund recipient. Please let us know if the seller sends one so we can proceed. Refunds can take UP TO 10 BUSINESS days (not counting weekends and holidays) to process! Our payment fee is nonrefundable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no refund for the payment fee to K-SEND USA!
