After paying the reception fee, an automatic email should be sent to the email you used while checking out. If you haven’t received any email in 24h and checked your spam and junk folders, please get in touch with us through hello@ksendusa.com with your name and order number.

 K-SEND USA is not open on U.S. federal holidays. This means that on these days, no emails, tickets, or direct messages will be answered, and packages will not be shipped.

Below is a list of all U.S. federal holidays on which K-SEND USA will be closed:

  3. Presidents’ Day – Third Monday in February

  8. Columbus Day – Second Monday in October
  9. Veterans Day – November 11th
  10. Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November
  11. Christmas Day – December 25th

Please plan your inquiries and shipments accordingly, as there will be no service on these dates. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a happy holiday!

You can already select the reception fee for extra bubble wrap or other protections. After your packages arrive at our warehouse, you may ask for premium services such as more photos, product openings, and others.

Premium services are optional. Only the proxy and shipping fees will be applied if you want us to receive and ship your product.

We ship to any address that is not a warehouse or proxy. Please note that we CANNOT ship to PO boxes if you use any shipping method that is not 100% USPS, including Flat Export.

Paypal. You can set up any card or bank account on Paypal and use that to pay. All of our services are charged in USD, with no exceptions. Please note that we use a business account; hence g&s fees are applied at the end of every service quote.

After the free 30-day period, orders begin to accrue a daily fee in the warehouse. See rates HERE.

NOTE THAT the box has a maximum storage limit of 3 MONTHS. If, after three months, the customer does not send us any message in the ticket asking for it to be shipped and paid within the due date, K-SEND USA reserves the right to offer the batch for sale in our store or throw it away without prior notice. Please be aware of our terms and your responsibility for your packages.

Once your order returns to our address, we will open another ticket with the new information. Note that we cannot reuse the same box as it was shipped due to possible damages in transit. Sometimes it will take a while for your order to return to us, and tracking might not be updated. Please wait until your ticket is open again to check your package status.

Shipping costs must be paid again to resend the product. We will give you +30 free days of storage when the box arrives at our address. We will not charge for storage IF the parcel is shipped within this free period! If the box remains after 30 days, we will charge a storage fee in addition to shipping. 

Please note that any other additional service required will be charged too. Proxy fees (redirecting) will always be charged in any order.

We strive to help our customers fill out their customs forms in the best way possible with guidance and avoiding intervening. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs information, such as what declared price they may charge you fees and others. The client is 100% accountable for filling out their customs form. K-SEND USA does NOT fill customs forms for clients.

We are not responsible for any errors on the shipping company’s part once the item is no longer in our care. Once your shipment is sent, we don’t have any control over it. However, we are ready to assist you in opening a claim.

We ship orders the same way as they arrive in our warehouse if the client does not ask for additional layers of protection. We always send pictures of how the items got to us, so the client must be aware that if any item has none or even just a thin layer of bubble wrap or any other protection, we cannot add anything else to it unless they require it.

The client is responsible for paying any VAT and customs fees. Please ensure you are constantly checking your tracking.

Sometimes orders may delay in their delivery date due to many factors. If your order is way past its delivery time, please get in touch with the shipping company responsible for it. 

Note that weekends and holidays should not be counted as working days in cases of delay since the service may be reduced or not operate on the day.

If using Flat Export, please follow ALL the instructions sent through your ticket. Your tracking number might change, and the new one will contain all the updates.

For other methods, sometimes tracking is delayed and won’t update. If your package is stuck after a long time, please get in touch with the company responsible for your shipping method. If using USPS services, you may contact them and your country’s post office.

If you are a customer for the first time and we cannot locate your email, the order will be held for up to FIVE days until the customer contacts you and pays a FINE within two days to recover the box. If it is an existing customer, we will locate the email associated with the name of the order and send an invoice of $55* to be paid within three days. 

Failure to make the above payment will result in the items being discarded or liquidated. By sending your order to K-SEND USA, you agree to our Terms & Conditions regarding the reception fee and the penalty for not paying the same. Register in advance. We do not recover discarded or liquidated packages after the payment due date!

Yes, as long as the item falls within the same category as the reception fee you paid. For example, if you paid the Package reception, we can change for any item that is NOT a photo card, postcard, or small inclusions. If you paid for the Photocard reception, we can change for any small inclusion like photo cards, stickers and postcards.

For example, I paid for the package reception to send one album from group XYZ. However, I’d like to change and use it for an album from group ABC.

To request a change in your order description, please email hello@ksendusa.com BEFORE your order arrives. Otherwise, we’ll apply our $55 fine.

Yes, we do! If your posters were shipped in tubes, they will require more space in the box, making shipping expensive. If you’d like the posters folded, please request them in the ticket once your order arrives. $1.50 each for up to 3 posters | $1 each for 4+ posters.

This and other premium services can be asked for in the ticket after your order arrives at us.

If you requested additional protection for your order after it arrived at our warehouse, we will charge you $7 in your new quote for every cancellation. If you didn’t require the additional protection, we will charge you $5 in your new quote for every cancellation. 

Also, we reserve the right to charge storage fees if your order is past the free storage period after canceling the quote.

No! Our company does not receive orders from unregistered customers. If you have placed the order under another name, email hello@ksendusa.com with the subject “NAME ON THE ORDER” before the order arrives at our warehouse, and we will assist you in this process. If you only contact us after the order is marked as “delivered” or was delivered to our address, we will charge the $55 fine. Note that we will not store the order if we are not notified. The box will be the property of K-SEND USA. 

Yes, but please ensure everyone using your account sends their package with YOUR name on it. Otherwise, the fine will be charged, or the parcel will be discarded.

We charge a reception fee for each package shipped to us. Rates vary depending on the customer’s choice. Starting at $1.50 for postcards/photocards and $3 for bigger packages. 

For redirection, amounts are charged for each box/package shipped. Note that we do not charge for the number of products inside the box or envelope.

There is no limit on our part. You can buy and send as much as you want if each box/package respects the shipment type. We never receive orders that need to be paid at the door, nor go to pick up packages. 

When dispatching, there is usually a weight limit for every shipment. We recommend not shipping items exceeding 68 lbs. 

We usually ship in 10 business days. Holidays & weekends DO NOT COUNT. However, shipments are likely to be dispatched up to 1-2 days after K-SEND receives the correct customs form from our clients.

After accepting the final quote, we give 20 days for the customer to pay. 

Once the payment is sent, the customer must submit their customs form within three days.
