K-SEND USA is the 1st Kpop Warehouse in the US, and if you are here today, it means that you made your choice and trust us with your packages. We have already helped over +5000 customers save on shipping fees and receive their items as fast as possible with the help of multiple shipping platforms, GOMs, and different stores worldwide.
We are here to help you get your items in the most stress-free process. We know the struggle with customs fees, damaged items with little protection, packages without insurance, lost packages, and many other issues. Because of that, we present you with this simple tutorial on how to start sending your parcels to us.
- Open our website;
- Select “Start here” in the top menu and wait for the page to load;
- Select the type of package you are sending. Select the “Photocard reception” option if you only send an envelope with photocards or postcards. If you have albums or any bigger items in your package, please select “Package reception.” We charge per parcel number, not for the items inside your package.
You’ll also note that the “Package reception” amount is between $3-$20. This price range is based on the pre-paid services you may choose, such as extra bubble wrap, unboxing video, etc. If you only want the package reception with no extras, please select “No extra protection.” - Fill out your full information. In the box asking for what is inside the package, please be as detailed as you can. For example, instead of “photocard,” put “One (name of the member) photocard, the back is blue, and it’s written (the name behind the photocard).” Or “10 (name of the group) albums.” We don’t need the measures or the weight since we will take care of those once the package arrives.
*For certain countries, it’s necessary to provide a Tax ID. There may be variations in phrasing depending on the destination country. In some Asian countries, the number is specially referred to as a TIN (China, Taiwan, South Korea). In Brazil, on the other hand, the tax ID is referred to as a CPF number. - Finish checking out and wait till the page shows you your order number confirming your purchase. Once your purchase has been confirmed, check your email for automatic emails from us with our information. If you don’t receive our information after purchasing, email us at hello@ksendusa.com.
ATTENTION! If you didn’t create an account before or during checkout, you can’t access your order number through our website, only through email. Also, to confirm that your order went through, check with Paypal and your bank statement. - After receiving our information, go to your supplier and put our address in their checkout form or give it directly to them to ship your order to us.
Always remember to register your order BEFORE to ensure we won’t charge you our $55 fine for unregistered orders.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we’ll contact you through a ticket sent to your email, and you can choose your shipping methods and extra services/protection. Please note that during high-flow periods in our warehouse, the processing time to put your items in our ticket system is 5-10 days.
Extra tips:
- Double check our address before. We only receive orders with our correct address;
- Never send us an order that is not registered in any reception fee and with the wrong name;
- Check our prohibited list of items we don’t ship;
